Extended Health Care Group Benefit Plans

Most extended health benefits are offered through workplace group insurance plans. Coverage varies with an annual ceiling amount per plan. Sometimes a physician’s referral is required for reimbursement of claims. You can check your plan with your extended health provider for details. If we are unable to direct bill your insurance plan, please be prepared to pay for your treatment which you can then submit manually for reimbursement. 

Medical Services Plan

Some individuals qualify through MSP to claim a portion of their visit to a Registered Massage Therapist.  MSP may contribute $23 per visit for up to 10 visits in a calendar year.

ICBC

You must have a current ICBC claim number.

RCMP

RCMP members are covered for massage therapy treatments.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to keep your appointment we request that you call 24 hours in advance.

For those who are tardy or do not call to change their appointment will be charged for the full amount. Please understand that massage therapists only get paid when they deliver a service. Adhering to the policy allows us to cater to those who are on our cancellation list.

Note:  There are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc). Your therapist may make an exception to the above policies on those rare occasions.
